- Jewelry Junky is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We process and ship orders within the stated timeframe on each listing.
- Shipping costs, options, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
- Jewelry Junky is not liable for shipping delays once an order is in the possession of the carrier.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
5. Returns & Refunds
- All sales are final unless an item is proven not as described.
- To qualify for a refund, the customer must provide written proof from a licensed jewelry business or third-party appraiser verifying that the item is not as described.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus shipping and handling fees.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return and Refund Policy

At Jewelry Junky, we strive to ensure every item is accurately described and carefully inspected before shipment. Please read our return and refund policy carefully, as all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through shopjewelryjunky.com are considered final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind after purchase
2. Exceptions – Items “Not as Described”
We will honor a return or refund only if the item is proven to be materially different from the description on our website. Examples of “not as described” include:
- Metal purity is incorrect (e.g., item sold as 14K gold but tests as lower karat)
- Item is significantly different in weight, size, or condition than advertised
3. Verification Requirement
To initiate a return under this exception:
- Customer must provide written verification from a licensed jewelry professional (jeweler, appraiser, or pawn shop with testing credentials) stating the discrepancy.
- Verification must include business name, contact information, and testing method used (e.g., XRF test, acid test, electronic tester).
- Photos of the test result and the item must be submitted with the claim.
We reserve the right to have the item re-tested by an independent third party before issuing a refund.
4. Timeframe for Claims
- Claims must be submitted within 3 calendar days of receiving the item (delivery confirmation date).
- If no claim is made within this period, the sale is considered final and binding.
5. Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unaltered.
- Any damage, modifications, or missing components (stones, clasps, chains, etc.) may void the refund eligibility.
6. Shipping & Responsibility
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance and tracking.
- Jewelry Junky is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued only after inspection and verification.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
8. Fraud Prevention
Any fraudulent claims or attempts to return items that have been altered, swapped, or damaged will result in:
- Denial of refund
- Possible ban from future purchases
- Legal action if necessary
